Winger Jack Clarke continues his recovery as Sky Bet Championship promotion-chasers Leeds prepare for the visit of Swansea.
The 18-year-old was taken ill during Saturday’s match at Middlesbrough, and later discharged back into the care of Leeds’ medical staff following hospital checks.
Pablo Hernandez should replace Clarke in the starting XI. Stuart Dallas (ankle) and Gaetano Berardi (hamstring) are set to step up their recovery with a return to action for the Under-23s.
Adam Forshaw has been carrying a knee problem, while defender Barry Douglas continues rehabilitation from a muscular problem.
Swansea will check on forward Oliver McBurnie ahead of the trip to Elland Road.
The 15-goal Scotland striker has been suffering from illness and came off the bench for the closing stages of Saturday’s 1-0 home win over Millwall.
Defender Declan John is rated as only 50/50 because of an ankle injury.
Midfielder Leroy Fer continues his recovery from a hamstring problem.
