Stephen Dobbie inspired Queen of the South to a dominant 4-0 victory over Ladbrokes Championship leaders Ross County.
County, who remain top courtesy of Ayr’s defeat at Inverness, finished the game with 10 men as Josh Mullin was sent off.
Dobbie gave the hosts the lead after 12 minutes, latching on to Nicky Low’s through ball before firing home.
The 36-year-old forward threatened throughout the half and twice was superbly denied by Ross County keeper Scott Fox.
But he turned provider for the hosts to double their lead on the stroke of half-time, picking out Michael Doyle in acres of space, who tucked the ball into the bottom corner.
Michael Gardyne came close to dragging Ross County back into the match, striking the bar after 50 minutes, but the game was out of reach as Barry Maguire headed in on his debut for the Doonhamers.
Mullin saw a straight red soon after for his challenge on Maguire, before Dobbie completed the rout after 77 minutes by volleying past Fox from close range to notch his 32nd goal of the season.
