Barrow extended their unbeaten league run to eight games courtesy of a goalless draw against promotion-chasing AFC Fylde.
The two sides could not be separated on Boxing Day as they shared a 1-1 draw and so it proved again on the Fylde coast.
Barrow had the best of the early stages with Kemy Agustien a particular threat but neither side could test the goalkeepers, with Nick Haughton seeing a shot blocked for the Coasters.
Danny Rowe brought a good save out of Joel Dixon five minutes after the break and it was the home side who were in the ascendancy, although the opener was still proving elusive in a tight contest.
Josh Granite had a good chance for Barrow but saw his downward header go over the bar as neither side could find a goal.
