Darren Curries favour as Bees win on the road

Barnet reacted well in the aftermath of manager John Still’s shock retirement with an excellent 1-0 win under the stewardship of Darren Currie at Dagenham.
The Bees stunned the in-form hosts after 34 minutes when Medy Elito’s corner was flicked into the danger zone by Callum Reynolds and Shaquile Coulthirst was on hand to side foot home from inside the six-yard box.
Both sides had plenty of sights at goal, and Daggers midfielder Emmanuel Onariase did well to block out Charlee Adams’ effort.
Dagenham came to life after the break and substitute Lamar Reynolds agonisingly miscontrolled when clean through, allowing keeper Mark Cousins to close down his angles.
Despite a few hairy moments, Barnet held on.
