Tyler Roberts in contention for Leeds return

Championship leaders Leeds hope to have Tyler Roberts available for Saturday’s match against Hull as their injury worries begin to ease.
The 19-year-old striker has not featured since November due to injury, but could return to contention to boost Marcelo Bielsa’s options, with fellow forward Patrick Bamford not back until January.
Club captain Liam Cooper is nearing a return from knee surgery, while Gaetano Berardi has made encouraging progress in recovering from a torn hamstring.
Izzy Brown (hamstring) and Stuart Dallas (foot) remain out, while Samuel Saiz will not feature ahead of his loan move to Getafe.
Hull will be without Wednesday’s match-winner Jackson Irvine.
Irvine scored a brace in the 2-1 away win over Preston, but has now departed on international duty with Australia ahead of the Asiam Cup.
The match could be Tommy Elphick’s last in a Hull shirt, with Nigel Adkins revealing Aston Villa have been in touch about possibly cutting short the defender’s loan spell in January given his impressive form.
Jordy De Wijs could continue to deputise for the injured Ondrej Mazuch, but injury problems are easing with Eric Lichaj and Reece Burke coming off the bench on Boxing Day.
