Eardley facing late fitness test for Lincoln

Lincoln are likely to make a late decision on the fitness of Neal Eardley for their Sky Bet League Two match against Newport on Saturday at Sincil Bank.
The right-back limped off in the second half during last week’s win over Morecambe and, if unavailable, is likely to be replaced by James Wilson.
Matt Green will be unavailable for the Imps, having left for Salford on a two-and-a-half year deal.
Rising youth-team player Jordan Adebayo-Smith appears most likely to take Green’s position on the bench for Lincoln.
Newport expect Mickey Demetriou to feature despite the defender fracturing his cheekbone in the FA Cup win over Wrexham on December 11.
Scans have given him the all-clear and Demetriou, who was left out of the squad for last week’s postponed clash against MK Dons, should make his 75th consecutive league start.
Robbie Willmott, Andrew Crofts and Mark O’Brien have also benefited from the Dons postponement in their recovery from hamstring strains.
Joss Labadie is also back in contention to start as Exiles boss Michael Flynn has the rare luxury of a near fully-fit squad.
