CHELSEA star N’Golo Kante could leave Stamford Bridge if he continues to be played out of position by Maurizio Sarri.
That’s the opinion of Gary Lineker who has commented on the Italian playing the World Cup winner in a more advanced role.
Sarri has preferred Jorginho in a holding position for Chelsea this season.
And Lineker has suggested clubs should bid for Kante and posted a photo of an article with the headline: ‘Sarri: Kante is no Jorginho.’
His tweet above said: “He may have signed a new contract, but given this nonsense, it could be worth a large bid from any club who wants to win things.”
Sarri has talked about the role he has given to Kante and his relationship on the pitch with Jorginho.
“I think, as you know, I want to play a central midfielder as a very technical player, a Jorginho or Fabregas,” he said.
“I don't want Kante in this position. Kante, in the last match, wanted to solve the match after the first 15 minutes but in the wrong way.
“He lost his position. He attacked too much the other box. And I think this is not one of the best characteristics of Kante, but it was only a reaction to the difficulties.

“Kante has to stay near to Jorginho, especially when the ball is on the other side. When the ball is on the left, he has to stay very close to Jorginho.
“If we are on the left, no. If the ball is on the left, with Marcos Alonso and Hazard, Kovacic or Barkley. In that situation, he has to stay very close to Jorginho.”
Kante has played 17 times this season for Chelsea in his new attacking role.
The former Leicester star is not in the squad for the Blues tonight as they take on PAOK Salonika in the Europa League.
Sarri has opted to play Ross Barkley, Cesc Fabregas and Ruben Loftus-Cheek as his midfield trio.
Following the match tonight Chelsea return to action on Sunday when they take on Fulham at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues currently sit fourth in the Premier League, seven points behind leaders Manchester City.
