Southampton vs Watford - Hoedt set to be sidelined by infection for Southampton
Posted Friday, November 09, 2018 by PA
Southampton defender Wesley Hoedt could miss out in the home Premier League clash with Watford after suffering a foot infection.
He will face a late fitness test. Midfielder Mario Lemina is expected to be available despite tightness in a thigh muscle.
Watford captain Troy Deeney is set to make his comeback after missing three games due to a hamstring issue.
Sebastian Prodl (hamstring) and Daryl Janmaat (knee) remain sidelined, and Etienne Capoue is suspended.
Tom Cleverley, out since January due to a combination of hamstring and Achilles problems, is back in training but will not be involved in this match.
