Tottenham vs Manchester City - Dele Alli in contention as Tottenham take on City

Dele Alli has returned to training ahead of Tottenham’s Premier League game with Manchester City.

Alli has missed the last four games with a hamstring injury and is now fit, but boss Mauricio Pochettino might not risk him against the champions.

Danny Rose (groin) and Jan Vertonghen (hamstring) miss out.

City are still without midfielder Ilkay Gundogan for the trip to Wembley.

The German is likely to be sidelined with a hamstring injury for another fortnight but Fabian Delph has recovered from a knock.

Right-back Kyle Walker, who featured as a late substitute at Shakhtar Donetsk on Tuesday, has overcome a groin problem and Danilo could also be available after an ankle injury.
