Scunthorpe manager Stuart McCall is facing a growing injury list ahead of Saturday’s match with Plymouth.
Funso Ojo was the latest to go down as he suffered a hamstring injury in Tuesday’s loss to Blackpool.
With Lee Novak having already joined Matthew Lund and Josh Morris in the treatment room, McCall is down to only 17 fit senior players.
The injury woes have coincided with a run of four straight defeats for McCall’s men.
Plymouth manager Derek Adams is optimistic both David Fox and Graham Carey will be fit for the match.
Both players were substituted in the second half of Tuesday’s 3-1 win over Gillingham – Carey with a stomach injury and Fox with a foot problem.
The duo are the only injury question marks ahead of the match.
Gary Sawyer, Ryan Taylor, Joe Riley and Scott Wootton remain sidelined with long-term issues.
