The Paris Saint-Germain forward jumped in a buggy with Marquinhos and they were joined by Renato Augusto.
They strapped themselves in and put on protective goggles before hitting the sand.
Neymar shared a range of pictures and videos of the trio with his 103million followers on Instagram.
Brazil's team are clearly enjoying the international break, but the boss has warned them that they need to improve.

Tite was not impressed as his team struggled to a 2-0 victory in Friday's friendly against Saudi Arabia.
Manchester City star Gabriel Jesus broke the deadlock before Alex Sandro doubled the tally in the dying stages of the game.
Speaking after the match, the manager said: "We were not convincing. We won because he had creativity up front and that was it.
"Brazil versus Argentina is never a friendly. We hope to be better for that."
The squad checked out the King Abdullah Sports City, which is the venue for Tuesday's match, before they headed off to the desert.
While they were there, Neymar took the chance to show up Felipe Luis with some clever skill.
He slowly approach the Atletico Madrid ace before he nutmegged him with the ball - much to the amusement of his team-mates.
