Coventry’s Bakayoko pushing for starting spot against Wycombe

Coventry boss Mark Robins must decide whether to reward Amadou Bakayoko for his match-winning brace against Charlton last weekend with a start at home to Wycombe.
The 22-year-old replaced Jonson Clarke-Harris with just over half an hour to go and scored twice in the final 10 minutes to give City a 2-1 victory.
Clarke-Harris has scored twice in 10 games so far and also has Jordy Hiwula snapping at his heels for a start up front.
Midfielder Jodi Jones missed the clash with Charlton because of illness but should be available. Jordan Shipley definitely misses out as he is away with Ireland Under-21s.
In-form Adebayo Akinfenwa could be a doubt for Wycombe.
The 36-year-old scored for a third consecutive game in last weekend’s victory over Burton but was forced off with a thigh injury during the second half.
If Akinfenwa fails to make it then Paris Cowan-Hall, Scott Kashket and Fred Onyedinma will be vying to start in his place.
Full-back Sido Jombati returns from a one-game ban while Marcus Bean (leg) could return but Anthony Stewart (thigh), Adam El-Abd (groin) and Nathan Tyson (hamstring) are set to remain sidelined.
