Arthur gets the call up for Barcelona's Champions League opener

Ernesto Valverde has announced his official list of 18 players for Barcelona's upcoming Champions League opener against PSV Eindhoven and the main headline has been Arthur's return to the match day squad.
Meanwhile, Thomas Vermaelen and Denis Suarez were not called up for technical reasons.

In addition, Sergi Samper and Malcom, who are still recovering from their injuries will not face the Dutch side either.
