Port Vale’s Cristian Montano ruled out of Northampton clash

Port Vale defender Cristian Montano is unavailable to face Northampton this weekend.
The left-back has not trained this week because of a knee injury which forced him off against Newport on September 1 and will not feature.
Fellow defender Leon Legge (groin) has a good chance of playing, however, after training this week.
Manager Neil Aspin has the luxury of selecting from an almost fully-fit squad with midfielders Manny Oyeleke and debutant Tom Conlon in contention to keep their places after impressing in last Saturday’s draw against Forest Green Rovers.
Northampton striker Junior Morais has been ruled out for up to two months with a torn hamstring.
The 23-year-old missed the last two matches with the problem and the prognosis is for a longer spell on the sidelines.
Winger Daniel Powell is also out for a couple of weeks after sustaining a hamstring strain in Saturday’s 3-1 defeat to Cheltenham Town.
Midfielder Shaun McWilliams is also doubtful after missing training earlier in the week with a foot problem.
