Romelu Lukaku is now among the world's "very best" strikers according to his Belgium teammate Eden Hazard.
The Manchester United striker has scored four goals at the 2018 World Cup so far, bagging a brace against both Panama and Tunisia in the group stage.
Lukaku was praised for his selfless play during Belgium's 3-2 comeback victory over Japan in the Round of 16.
Despite failing to get on the scoresheet, the 25-year-old helped to commit Japan defenders in the build-up to Belgium's stoppage-time winner, as well as producing a perfectly-timed feint before Chadli slotted home.
And Hazard, who has also played a starring role for the Red Devils in Russia, has been praising Lukaku for his development into a top-class striker.
"What's great about having Romelu is that he doesn't need many chances to score," Hazard told the New York Times.
"Maybe a few years ago, he needed more. But the reason why he's in the category of the very best strikers is that when he gets three chances in a game, he scores two.
"In terms of movement, he's better than he was a few years ago. In terms of defending, he does more."
Lukaku is his country's all-time leading goalscorer having found the net 40 times in 72 appearances for Belgium.
The former Chelsea and Everton star scored 27 goals in 51 games across all competitions during his debut season at Manchester United.
Lukaku and his Belgium teammates will face Brazil in the quarter-finals of the World Cup in Kazan on July 6th.
