Wigan Athletic vs AFC Wimbledon - Nick Powell faces late fitness test ahead of Dons clash
Posted Friday, April 27, 2018 by PA

Wigan will again check on the fitness of midfielder Nick Powell ahead of their Sky Bet League One clash with AFC Wimbledon.
Powell has missed the promoted Latics’ last three games with a thigh problem.
Manager Paul Cook could freshen up his side after the leaders were held to a 1-1 draw at Bristol Rovers in midweek, a result which saw their lead at the top cut to one point.
Ryan Colclough – who scored the equaliser on Tuesday – Will Grigg and Devante Cole could all come in after impressing off the bench.
Wimbledon will give fitness checks to midfielders Tom Soares (hamstring) and Harry Forrester (back).
The pair were both forced to miss last weekend’s draw with Oldham after being forced off in the previous game against Walsall.
Manager Neal Ardley also has doubts over George Francomb, Liam Trotter and Jimmy Abdou.
The trio all are battling to overcome knocks picked up last weekend.
