Nottingham Forest vs Barnsley - Lee Tomlin available for Forest ahead of Barnsley clash
Posted Tuesday, April 24, 2018 by PA
Lee Tomlin returns to contention for Nottingham Forest as they prepare to host Barnsley.
The forward is on loan at the City Ground from Cardiff and he was ineligible on Saturday as the Reds played his parent club.
Forest could include striker Daryl Murphy after a month out with a calf problem but Joe Worrall (knee) and David Vaughan (ankle) remain out.
Goalkeeper Costel Pantilimon was absent at the weekend following a “personal issue” and it remains to be seen whether he will return to the squad against the Tykes.
Adam Jackson should be back in the Barnsley squad.
The defender missed the defeat at Leeds at the weekend after being forced off with an injury in the previous game.
Midfielder Lloyd Isgrove has a hamstring problem and he will miss the trip to the City Ground.
Daniel Pinillos is fit and the defender could feature against his former club as relegation-threatened Barnsley look to climb out of the bottom three.
