Manchester City stars smash egg on Bernardo Silva's head as relentless pranking continues

MANCHESTER CITY stars have kept up their tradition of tormenting Bernardo Silva by smashing an egg on his head at training.

The Portuguese playmaker, 23, has been the unfortunate target for a torrent of pranks since swapping Monaco for Manchester last summer.

In fact, the egg-on-the-head prank is just the latest in a long list of Silva's misfortune while at City.

Earlier this season, Silva was picked up by Yaya Toure and Ederson and thrown in the pool.

Later, the ex-Monaco star had his shoes tied to the ceiling with Benjamin Mendy filming the whole thing - and posting it to social media.

On another occasion, as City prepared to take on Swansea, Silva was hilariously collared by Oleksandr Zinchenko and Gabriel Jesus and tormented.

Silva apparently can't even use the toilets in peace either, as a clip of him being pestered at the club urinal surfaced online.

In another hilarious clip, Silva can be seen sitting alone, on his phone with his feet in a plunge pool... before Mendy strolls over and beats him with a mallet.

The Portuguese star was then subjected to another "shoes on the roof" prank - as they were spray-painted black and dangled from the ceiling, with Ederson this time capturing the footage.

That all led to the most recent incident, with Fernandinho and Ederson cornering a half-dressed Silva in the toilets before whacking him on the head with an egg.
