Manchester United vs Brighton - Unchanged squad for United
Posted Saturday, March 17, 2018 by PA
Jose Mourinho has no fresh faces at his disposal as Manchester United take on Brighton in their FA Cup quarter-final.
Paul Pogba returned from a knock to feature in the Champions League last-16 second leg defeat to Sevilla, as did forward Anthony Martial.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been training with his United team-mates this week but Ander Herrera, Marcos Rojo, Phil Jones and Daley Blind remain sidelined.
Brighton duo Gaetan Bong and Dale Stephens face late fitness tests ahead of Saturday’s evening kick-off.
Full-back Bong limped off with a thigh problem during last weekend’s loss at Everton, while midfielder Stephens was absent for that game due to a knock.
Albion manager Chris Hughton is expected to name a strong starting XI at Old Trafford having rotated his squad for previous rounds. He will definitely be without suspended winger Anthony Knockaert, who was sent off at Goodison Park, and long-term injury absentee Steve Sidwell (ankle).
