Callum Paterson might be fit enough to feature against Barnsley

Cardiff boss Neil Warnock is hoping Saturday’s postponed clash with Brentford has allowed Callum Paterson enough time to regain full fitness for Tuesday’s game against Barnsley.
Warnock revealed defender Paterson had been struggling with an unspecified injury and will have a fitness test.
A late decision will also be made on skipper Sean Morrison, who is back in training after coming off against Ipswich, while Kadeem Harris should make the squad after a groin problem.
Lee Peltier and Armand Traore may be back for the weekend, while Aron Gunnarsson is back in training but again the midweek clash may come too soon. Jamie Ward is playing for the under-23s on Thursday as he looks to build up his match fitness.
Barnsley will be without defender Adam Jackson for the trip.
Jackson was knocked out in the Reds’ 1-1 draw at Hull and although he regained consciousness quickly he must now adhere to the Football Association’s concussion protocols.
Skipper Andy Yiadom will be hoping to return to the starting XI after coming off the bench against the Tigers, where Matty Pearson had replaced Jackson following the incident early in the second half.
Defender Matt Mills has missed Barnsley’s last two matches with an ankle problem, but the postponement of Saturday’s clash with Norwich has given him extra time to recover.
