Pep Guardiola has been speaking about Arsene Wenger's position as Arsenal manager.
Wenger has come under mounting pressure because Arsenal have failed to challenge for the Premier League title for a number of years.
Back-to-back 3-0 defeats to Manchester City have increased calls from supporters for the Frenchman to step down.
Former striker Henry has openly admitted that he would be interested in taking over the job if Wenger was to leave.
And Guardiola, who managed the forward at Barcelona, thinks he has the talent to be successful in charge of the north London outfit.
"If he wants to be manager he has the talent to do it,” Guardiola said.
"But he has to decide, not me.”
However, Guardiola did pay his respects to Wenger’s achievements over his 21-year spell.
"He knows my admiration of him,” Guardiola added.
Thierry Henry wants to replace Wenger.
"We fight and play many times at Barcelona, Bayern Munich and here in the Premier League.
"I know all the managers can be in that situation.
"I’m sure he is going to take the right decision for him, for the players, for the club.”
