Chesterfield have five new players vying to make their debuts in Saturday’s League Two clash at home to Crawley.
The Spireites had a busy deadline day as they looked to bring in players to help them pull away from the relegation zone.
Striker Louis Dodds came in from Shrewsbury with full-back George Smith signed from Northampton, while Jacob Brown and Dylan Mottley-Henry were both loaned from Barnsley.
Free agent Giles Coke was added to the squad on Thursday morning and goes straight into the squad.
Crawley could hand Karlan Ahearne-Grant his first appearance for the club.
Ahearne-Grant has joined on loan from Charlton until the end of the season and is likely to be in the squad.
Manager Harry Kewell has no fresh injuries to contend with.
Jordan Roberts remains a doubt with a hamstring strain. Thomas Verheydt is expected to continue in his place.
