Gareth Bale captured doing special warm-up routine to prevent injury

Aiming to prevent future injuries, Real Madrid forward Gareth Bale has been captured doing an individual stretching routine before the general warm-up with his teammates.

The images were taken before the Copa del Rey match against Numancia, with the Welsh forward following a sequence of stretches having had an injury plagued time in the Spanish capital.

He went on to grab a goal in a 3-0 win.
