ROMELU LUKAKU "regrets" his wild summer partying and has paid Los Angeles police back following his arrest.
The Belgian was arrested by American cops in July for multiple noise complaints at a rented house in swanky Beverly Hills.

Lukaku will pay $450 (£336) to the LAPD after a no contest plea was given by the £75million striker.
His lawyer, Robert Humphries, said: "Mr Lukaku deeply regrets any inconvenience he caused the city of Beverly Hills.
"And he's pleased by this settlement to make amends for his past conduct and pleased to have the matter behind him."
The 24-year-old will also be ordered to pay a £75 fine, £280 penalty assessment and £30 security fee.

Lukaku has been in indifferent form this season for the Red Devils, scoring ten league goals in 18 games.
While that looks a good return on paper, most of those have been against lesser opposition.
Critics are still hot on Lukaku's mistakes, such as his general hold-up play, first touch and recent lack of celebration - and fans on social media haven't held back.
He was embroiled in more drama when he allegedly threw a bottle at Manchester City coach Mikel Arteta after their 2-1 derby loss.
