Chelsea launching bid for Bayer Leverkusen whiz Leon Bailey

Chelsea are launching a bid for Bayer Leverkusen attacker Leon Bailey.
The Sun says Chelsea are lining up a January bid of around £20million for Bailey.
Barcelona have also registered an interest in the right winger but Chelsea have stolen a march on them with club to club discussions.
The 20 year Jamaica international has been scouted on three occasions by the Blues this season.
Bailey has been monitored by Chelsea over the past 18 months and was watched several times last season when he was at Genk.
Chelsea are understood to be willing to loan him back to his current club immediately in return for completing a deal next month.
