CURLY-haired Manchester United midfield Marouane Fellaini is suing a top sports brand after claiming their boots hurt his feet.
The Belgian midfielder is one of Mourinho’s trusted men, who he often deploys as an impact sub to finish off teams with his aerial prowess.
But the 30-year-old has had more problems with his feet, claiming that a Man United hitman had to steam and stretch them before they fit.
In a lawsuit against the American giant, the footie star is claiming that the “badly fitted” boots did “considerable damage” to his feet.
SOLE MAN: Fellaini claims his New Balance boots damaged his feet
New Balance have argued that Fellaini told them he was happy with the boots.

Rosalina Investments’ Ruth Den Besten, representing Fellaini, said: “The football boots supplied by New Balance were of poor quality and caused considerable damage to Mr Fellaini’s feet.
"Mr Fellaini repeatedly communicated his frustration with the poor quality of the boots.”
No date has been fixed for the hearing, scheduled to he heard at the High Court in London.
'FANTASTIC': Jose Mourinho does not want Fellaini to go
Despite Jose’s love of the midfielder, Fellaini may not remain in Manchester for much longer.
French giants PSG are rumoured to have offered him terms for a January move.
