Tranmere Rovers vs Peterborough United - Mitchell Duggan and Jeff Hughes ruled out
Posted Wednesday, November 15, 2017 by PA
Tranmere have received a double blow ahead of the FA Cup first-round replay with Peterborough.
Mitchell Duggan and Jeff Hughes picked up hamstring injuries in Saturday's victory over Dagenham and will be sidelined for up to three weeks.
Jay Harris and Larnell Cole replaced the pair at the weekend and should start.
Jack Dunn (hamstring), James Wallace (knee) and Ben Tollitt (knee) all remain in the treatment room
Peterborough are without striker Junior Morias at Prenton Park.
The striker is absent with a thigh injury and is joined in the treatment room by Liam Shephard (groin).
Boss Grant McCann is tempted to mix things up after admitting his side have several injury concerns, while Conor O'Malley hopes to earn a start in goal.
A trip to Woking or Bury awaits the winner in the second round, with the two sides contesting a replay on Tuesday.
