Cavani a notable absentee from Thiago Silva's birthday party

Edison Cavani was a notable absentee from a birthday party for Paris Saint-Germain captain Thiago Silva, held at Parc de Prince.
According to the radio station RMC, only Julian Draxler and Layvin Kurzawa, along with Cavani missed the event to celebrate Silva's 33rd birthday.
It was held in a hospitality room at the stadium which was decorated with with a Brazilian touch, arranged by the player's wife.
Fellow Brazilians Neymar, Dani Alves, Marquinhos and Lucas were all there as was French striker Kylian Mbappe and Italian midfielder Marco Verratti. There was also former Brazilian defender Maxwell, who works at the club in the football department.
The party took place days away from an important clash against Bayern Munich on Wednesday in the Champions League and it appears as though relations remain strained between Cavani and his Brazilian teammates.
