Bayern drew 2-2 with Wolfsburg as the Polish striker, 29, smashed in a penalty.
His wife Anna Lewandowska, 28, is a personal trainer.
She is also a big international karate athlete.

The top fighter isn't one to mess with as she's been incredibly successful in her career.
She's won three medals in the World Championships and six European Championships medals.
She doesn't just have a passion for fighting.
The healthy lass started the blog Healthy Plan by Ann, which provides nutritional advice.
The sporty couple recently said they do not drink and they spend little times in pubs and clubs.
They married in June 2013 in Poland and have one child – Klara – who was born in May this year.
Despite Lewandowski’s goalscoring start to the season, he's scored seven goals in six league games, Bayern Munich have had a mixed start to the year in the German Bundesliga.
Last night Wolfsburg battled back from two goals down to snatch a 2-2 draw.
Champions Bayern missed their chance to go back on top of the Bundesliga and are on 13 points, second on goal difference to Borussia Dortmund.
It was Wolfsburg’s first point in Munich since December 2001.
"We did not play as we would have liked. Wolfsburg fully deserved the point," said Bayern coach Carlo Ancelotti.
"We were too slow, without intensity and not compact enough. In Paris we will have to play differently."
This comes as rumours intensify that Lewandowski is on his way to Real Madrid.
