Boos could drive Gareth Bale from Real Madrid

After being booed during Real Madrid's 3-0 win over Apoel Nicosia on Wednesday, Gareth Bale must have been looking forward to the relative comfort of an Adidas promotional event this week.
Sadly for the reported Manchester United target, he was jeered yet again, with fans yelling at him to speak Spanish when he took to the stage, reports The Sun.
It's another unsavoury episode in Bale's quickly unravelling Madrid career, with the 28-year-old losing his status as a certain starter under Zinedine Zidane amid concerns over his injury struggles and poor form.
The supporters at the Santiago Bernabeu have made their frustrations known to Bale, who was defended by teammate Casemiro following another difficult evening against Apoel.
Should the boos continue throughout the season, it's hard to see any other solution than Bale seeking a new challenge next summer, with United leading the race for his signature.
