That Theirry Henry bloke wasn't bad at kicking a ball around for a living.

He bagged 228 goals in 377 appearances during his Arsenal career and became the highest goalscorer in the club's history as a result.

He also scooped a number of honors during his glory days at Highbury, including two PFA Player's Player of the Year awards and two Premier League titles.

Henry, who will return to our screens on Sky Sports in the coming weeks, has been shooting hoops ahead of a highly anticipated NBA Africa Game this weekend and has proved he can produce magic even on the Basketball court.

On Friday evening, Henry appeared in an incredible clip posted on the NBA's official Twitter page:

During a practice session, the former Barcelona and Arsenal striker sank a ridiculous half-court shot with his right foot. Easy.

Back in September last year, it was announced that Henry would become a playable character in NBA 2K17.

Fans can use Henry in Blacktop mode, where you play different types of Basketball games to go toe-to-toe with some of the greatest players of all time.

Thierry Henry coming up against Michael Jordan in a 1v1 is something else, but then again, flashbacks of 'that' Euro 2016 moment when Henry handled to set up William Gallas' decisive goal against Ireland has clouded that incredible scene.

Anyway, it's been a hell of a week for Henry.

The 39-year-old will join the likes of Ronaldo and Diego Maradona among the 'icons' in FIFA 18.
