Why does Zidane question his future as coach of Real Madrid?

In many press conferences this season, the coach of Real Madrid has repeated a doubt about his continuity with the team.
It seems inconceivable that Zinedine Zidane would be asked to leave, given the success that Los Blancos have enjoyed under his stewardship, but it's a topic that won't be discussed until the end of the campaign.
"I have been here in Madrid for 16 years, I love this club very much but I know exactly where I am," he said at his pre-match press conference before the Granada game.
"During my career I've always tried to win everything.
"I'm not pro-choice for nothing ... but we have not won.
"We can win everything but also not win anything at all so we will see at the end of the season."
