Real Madrid have been heavily linked with a move for Mbappe in recent weeks.
And Express Sport revealed yesterday that Manchester City are readying a world record bid for the teenage sensation in the summer.
Mbappe has been a revelation for Monaco this season and this week became the first player in history to score in his first four Champions League knockout matches.
Kylian Mbappe has been highly courted by Real Madrid
But Monaco have insisted that they are not in a position where they need to sell their star players.
And Vice-President Vasilyev has said none of their star players have told the club they want to leave this summer.
"We do not need to sell, the budge is balanced," Vasilyev told Telefoot.
"For the moment, not a single player has told me that they want to leave. We will discuss it all in a relax manner.
"But with the 2018 World Cup, no Thomas, no Kylian, nor maybe Bernardo want to leave.
"It is not the right time. We are going to do everything to keep them.
"I can already tell you that Monaco will be very competitive next season.”
