Oldham will be searching for victory over local rivals Rochdale on Saturday as they look for the three points that will secure their place in Sky Bet League One.
John Sheridan's side should be safe but can make mathematically sure with a win, with striker Michael Ngoo available again after a one-match ban.
Sheridan will be hopeful of having Anthony Gerrard and Aaron Amadi-Holloway available after respective hamstring issues.
If Gerrard is still out, Sheridan is likely to stick with Jamie Stott after the youngster impressed on his first two senior outings for the Latics.
Rochdale go into the clash with no fresh injury concerns following their comfortable 2-0 victory over Coventry on Monday.
Dale are within three points of the play-off places with two games remaining and boss Keith Hill insists they must take care of their own fortune.
"There's still a possibility (of a play-off place), so we've got to make sure we prepare ourselves to do whatever we can to win the game against Oldham," he said.
Rochdale were winners in their first meeting with Oldham this season as a first-half Matt Lund goal won Dale all three points.
