West Ham fans paid a touching tribute during their Premier League match against Chelsea to honour an eight-year-old girl who tragically died after a cancer fight.
Hammers fans were joined by Chelsea supporters at the London Stadium to offer a minute’s applause in memory of Zara Witherall, who passed away in January tragically after a brain tumour.
With the scores level at 0-0, many fans took to their feet to honour the child, who died earlier this year at Great Ormond Street hospital.
The West Ham Twitter account paid tribute to the girl, whose father Mark is a keen Hammers fan.
