Leyton Orient vs Cheltenham Town - Tom Parkes set to miss out for Leyton Orient
Posted Friday, February 24, 2017 by PA
Tom Parkes looks likely to be absent when Leyton Orient host fellow Sky Bet League Two strugglers Cheltenham.
The defender was taken to hospital after sustaining a pelvis injury in last weekend's defeat to Notts County, although club physio Peter Webb has confirmed the problem is not as serious as initially feared.
Second-bottom Orient will once again be without suspended duo Liam Kelly and Nicky Hunt.
Skipper Kelly serves the second game of a six-match ban for pushing a ball boy during the recent victory at Plymouth, while defender Hunt will complete a two-match suspension after collecting his 10th booking of the season in the same game.
Cheltenham manager Gary Johnson is expected to retain much of the team that claimed a 2-0 win against Yeovil last weekend.
Carl Winchester faces a late fitness test after suffering a head injury in that victory.
If he misses out, as he did against the Glovers, Kyle Storer is expected to come in as his replacement.
Danny Wright could also be named among the substitutes after recovering from a bug, but Asa Hall will not with him set to join York on loan.
