Nancy 4 - 0 Metz: Nancy out of Ligue 1 drop zone after thrashing Metz

Nancy moved out of the relegation zone in Ligue 1 following their comprehensive 4-0 victory over Metz at the Stade Marcel Picot.
Benoit Pedretti gave the hosts the lead with a terrific curling free-kick from 25 yards that curled around the wall and in off the post, leaving Metz goalkeeper Thomas Didillon with no chance.
The match was still in the balance before Joffrey Cuffaut fired in from a tight angle with 12 minutes remaining and Issiar Dia added a third two minutes later.
Benoit Assou-Ekotto was dismissed for a second bookable offence late in the game before Youssef Ait Bennasser sealed the win in stoppage time to extend Nancy's unbeaten run to three matches.
