Bury vs Millwall - Bury ranks depleted again for Millwall visit

Bury are beset by suspensions once again as they attempt to stop their losing streak in Sky Bet League One running into double figures against Millwall.

Caretaker manager Chris Brass will pick the team again, though the dismissals of Jacob Mellis and Greg Leigh at Sheffield United on Tuesday have depleted his options, even if Niall Maher will return having sat out against the Blades due to a ban of his own.

Although Brass mulled over the possibility of appealing Mellis' red card after the game, the midfielder now stands to miss four games as it was his second sending off this term.

Leon Barnett is doubtful too having come off late on in South Yorkshire with a knock, Kean Bryan (thigh), Ishmael Miller (hamstring) and Chris Brown (knee) are already out, though Nathan Cameron (knee) could return and Tom Pope, Craig Jones and Kelvin Etuhu have all made comebacks over the past two games after injury.

Millwall could still be without two of their main forward options when they make the trip north.

Lee Gregory missed the draw at home to AFC Wimbledon with a back injury he suffered in the loss at Bolton.

He will be assessed ahead of the game, with Steve Morison also struggling having sat out the last four games with a knee problem.

Defender Shaun Hutchinson has a hamstring problem and is unlikely to play a part as the Lions look to close in on the play-off places.
