Lampard, who announced he would be leaving New York on Monday after two years at the club, has been linked with a return to his former club Chelsea in a coaching or ambassadorial role.
But the 38 year old is ready to carry on playing if he gets the right offer, and already has potential moves on the table from at least two other MLS clubs as well as teams in Europe.
Both Orlando City and LA Galaxy - who have just seen Lampard’s former England teammate Steven Gerrard confirm that he will be leaving after two seasons with the club - are the front runners who have declared interest.

Seattle Sounders, Atlanta United and Chicago Fire are also keen.
There are though clubs in Europe that are interested in taking Lampard as a player. But rumours that the former England midfielder might be in line to take over as the new manager of MK Dons were last night played down by sources close to the player.
Chelsea have indicated that Lampard would be welcome back at the club in some role, and the player is known to be interested in taking his coaching badges back in England to prepare for management.
Chelsea last night on the club’s Instagram account dropped a heavy hint their record goalscorer might be on the way back at some point, when a supporters’ group posted a photo of the star reading: “Patiently waiting the return of Frank Lampard” and the official club reply on the site was “Hang in there!”
