Cheltenham Town vs Crewe Alexandra - Same again for Cheltenham

Posted Thursday, November 03, 2016 by PA

Cheltenham boss Gary Johnson will choose from an unchanged squad to face Crewe in the FA Cup.

Koby Arthur (knee) and Alex Cooper (hamstring) have returned to training following spells out injured but will not be risked.

Dan Holman is stepping up his comeback from a toe injury and hopes to resume full training soon.

Asa Hall remains a long-term absentee with an Achilles injury.

Crewe are boosted by the news that on-loan Chelsea winger Alex Kiwomya has been granted permission by the Premier League club to play in the FA Cup.

Callum Saunders is fit again after an ankle problem and he staked his claim for inclusion in the squad with a goal in a 6-0 win at Stockport Town in the Cheshire Senior Cup this week.

Fellow forward Daniel Udoh also played in that game and netted twice and he too will be hoping for a rare start.

Alex boss Steve Davis has no new injury concerns with defender George Ray (groin) the only absentee.
