Derby County vs Leeds United - Derby hope to welcome back duo for Leeds clash

Jason Shackell and Craig Bryson will hope to return to contention for Derby when Leeds visit the iPro Stadium for the first match since Steve McClaren's return as manager.

Centre-half Shackell (calf) and midfielder Bryson (groin) both missed games prior to the international break through injury.

Markus Olsson made his return in the draw at Reading and the left-back should continue to be involved.

McClaren, back at the club following the suspension and subsequent dismissal of Nigel Pearson, may not make many changes to the team following four points from two matches under caretaker boss Chris Powell.

Leeds winger Stuart Dallas faces a late fitness test after sustaining a thigh injury while on international duty with Northern Ireland.

Striker Chris Wood was scheduled to resume full training on Friday after returning unscathed from New Zealand's two friendlies against Mexico and the USA.

Head coach Garry Monk, who will watch from the stands due to a one-game touchline ban, has no other new injury or suspension worries, but skipper Liam Bridcutt (fractured metatarsal) remains sidelined.

Right-back Gaetano Berardi will continue his rehabilitation with a game for the Under-23s on Friday following a long-term hamstring injury.
