Nine-man Torino managed to hold on for a goalless draw at Pescara.

Afriyie Acquah was sent off on the stroke of half-time after he was booked for the second time, before Giuseppe Vives was given his marching orders for violent conduct in the second half.

But despite a two-man advantage and dominating possession, Pescara were wasteful in front of goal as they failed to test Manchester City loanee Joe Hart throughout the match.

Massimo Oddo's men could only muster a total of three shots on target, with left-back Cristiano Biraghi hitting a post with 10 minutes remaining.

Torino and Pescara remain 14th and 15th respectively.
