Northampton Town vs Walsall - Northampton at full strength for Walsall clash
Posted Thursday, September 08, 2016 by PA
Northampton have a fully-fit squad available for the visit of Walsall in Sky Bet League Two.
Defender Gabriel Zakuani is back in contention after missing last week's victory over MK Dons while on international duty with DR Congo.
Midfielder John-Joe O'Toole could also be back in action after two games out with a knock.
The Irishman returned to training this week and was due to test his fitness in a reserve-team fixture.
Scott Laird could make his Walsall debut after joining on loan from Scunthorpe on transfer deadline day.
The left-back is expected to replace Rico Henry after he joined Brentford last month for an initial fee of B#1.5million.
Franck Moussa is also fit after a groin injury and could return after sitting out the Saddlers' last two games while Neil Etheridge, Adam Chambers and James O'Connor are all set to play after being rested for Walsall's Checkatrade Trophy win over Grimsby last week.
Reece Flanagan is out with a long-term knee injury but could return for Jon Whitney's side by Christmas.
