East Fife 1 - 2 Brechin City: Finn Graham strike enough for Brechin
Posted Sunday, August 28, 2016 by PA
Finn Graham scored the winner as Brechin extended their unbeaten start to the Ladbrokes League One season with a 2-1 victory at East Fife.
Ross Caldwell put City ahead in the fourth minute, beating defender Jason Kerr to the ball to finish into the bottom-right corner from close range.
East Fife were back level in the 33rd minute when Scott Robinson struck the ball home after Paul McManus' shot was blocked.
The visitors were not to be denied victory, though, and midfielder Graham fired into the top corner after the home defence failed to clear the danger to claim the decisive goal five minutes into the second period.
