Alloa struck four second-half goals to continue their 100 per cent start to the Ladbrokes League One season with a comprehensive 4-0 victory at winless Albion.

Iain Flannigan came close to putting the visitors ahead in the 19th minute but his right-footed shot struck a post.

Midfielder Jordan Kirkpatrick fired into the roof of the net from the centre of the penalty area to break the deadlock 12 minutes after the restart before defender Calum Waters found the top-right corner to double the advantage five minutes later.

Substitute Luke Donnelly headed in a Waters cross to extend the lead in the 68th minute prior to Albion defender Michael Dunlop compounding the home side's misery by putting the ball into his own net 16 minutes from time.
