Lahm: We can’t afford to let up

FC Bayern München captain Philipp Lahm insists the Bundesliga title race is not over yet and they cannot afford to slip up in the few remaining League games.
The Bavarians look set to defend their Bundesliga title for the fourth time in a row this season, as they sit top of the standings with 69 points from 27 matches played and are five points clear of second-placed Borussia Dortmund.
The 33-year-old expects a tight run-in and concedes that the race will remain open until the last game of the campaign, before adding that looking at the way Thomas Tuchel's men are performing at the moment, they cannot afford to make any mistakes.
"The title race will remain close right to the end, because Dortmund are playing consistently good football and give off a very solid impression," Lahm told Bayern's website.
"We have rivals who are collecting points exactly the same way we do. I have nothing against a tight title race, provided it all ends well for us.
"We have to remain focused and can't ease back at any point."
Pep Guardiola's troops will be looking to extend their lead at the top when they welcome struggling Eintracht Frankfurt to Allianz Arena on April 2.
