Accrington Stanley vs Leyton Orient - Andy provides a Little extra for Accrington

Posted Friday, March 25, 2016 by PA

Northern Ireland striker Andy Little goes straight into Accrington's squad for the Sky Bet League Two visit of Leyton Orient.

Little, recently returned from a spell at Blackpool, joined Stanley on an emergency loan from Preston on Thursday.

Accrington have also brought in Reading winger Tariqe Fosu but that short-term deal remains subject to ratification.

Midfielder Matt Crooks could return after two games out with a knock but forward Josh Windass (hernia), defender Dean Winnard (chest) and striker Terry Gornell (ankle) are set to miss out again.

Orient will be without midfielders Jobi McAnuff and Calaum Jahraldo-Martin for the next two games as the pair are both on international duty.

Bradley Pritchard and Connor Essam are also unavailable to face Accrington after they joined Stevenage and Dover respectively on loan.

Lloyd James is back from an Achilles injury and could make his first start since December after coming on as a substitute during the win over Morecambe on Saturday.

Orient are seventh in the table and sit five points behind Accrington, who are fifth, in the race for promotion.
