Oldham vs Blackpool - Oldham captain Liam Kelly set to return for Blackpool visit

Posted Monday, March 14, 2016 by PA

Oldham captain Liam Kelly will return for the visit of Blackpool.

The midfielder missed Saturday's defeat to Sheffield United after manager John Sheridan made a late call on the player's fitness.

On-loan Burton striker Timmy Tiele made his debut as a second-half substitute in that game and could play a more significant part against their fellow strugglers.

Striker Dominic Poleon is still a week away from recovery from a groin problem.

Blackpool's on-loan Bolton defender Hayden White returns from suspension after missing the 1-0 defeat to Coventry.

Former youth team left-back Luke Higham made his debut at the weekend in place of the injured David Ferguson.

Midfielders Mark Yeates and John Herron both missed the Coventry clash through illness and will be assessed before the game.

Henry Cameron (knee) has been ruled out for the remainder of the season.
