Fleetwood Town vs Gillingham - Conor McLaughlin remains doubtful for Fleetwood's clash with Gillingham

Posted Tuesday, March 01, 2016 by PA

Fleetwood have a number of injury concerns ahead of the visit of Gillingham in Sky Bet League One.

Northern Ireland international defender Conor McLaughlin remains doubtful as he recovers from the thigh injury that has kept him out for two games.

Defender Stephen Jordan and midfielder Tyler Forbes (both hamstring) also face a battle to prove their fitness.

Captain Nathan Pond remains on the sidelines with a thigh injury.

Gillingham will be without their top scorer Bradley Dack.

The 15-goal forward limped off in the first half of Saturday's 2-1 defeat by Chesterfield with a hamstring problem and is set for a spell on the sidelines.

Fulham loanee George Williams came on for Dack and could now be handed a first start for the club.

Defender John Egan (knee) and skipper Doug Loft (leg) are set to miss out again.
