Notts County 0 - 1 Leyton Orient: Shaun Brisley clinches away victory for Kevin Nolan's Orient

Shaun Brisley grabbed a 76th-minute winner as Leyton Orient beat Notts County 1-0 to ensure that life on the road remains good for Kevin Nolan's men.
Defender Brisley hooked into an empty net from eight yards after skipper Mathieu Baudry had been brilliantly denied by Notts goalkeeper Roy Carroll.
The breakthrough came a few minutes after Baudry appealed in vain that his close-range header crossed the line.
Nolan's Orient were the better of two very ordinary sides, although it was a mixed afternoon on the pitch for the former West Ham midfielder.
He was booked in the second half for a reckless tackle after coming out even in his midfield duel with County's former Barclays Premier League player Alan Smith.
County toiled throughout to provide any sight of goal for Jon Stead and Izale McLeod. The closest they came was a crisp 20-yarder from Liam Noble that was well parried by goalkeeper Alex Cisak after 50 minutes.
Stead flicked a header over in stoppage time but Orient held out fairly comfortably.
